You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel

Dear Sir,

Firstly, I would like to thank you with all my heart for organizing a wonderful event in a very short term. I and all my guests not only enjoyed the food but also the vibe and decoration were perfect for our event. Since we always had a good relation, you always makes my company stress free to host those big events. In may opinion, it is not easy to make all arrangements for a decent number of people but you guys never disappoint. One thing i wanted to bring to your attention was arranging or labelling food items as most of our guests were vegetarian and we really had a hard time to differentiate between vegetarian and non vegetarian food. if from next time you can consider asking your staff to label food items properly we will really appreciate it. Apart from that, we were impressed with your staff's kind and helpful gesture.
