You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Student answer (Band 6.0)

Dear Manager,

Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter towards the appreciation and feedback about the recent event at the hotel.

First of all, the event was great. I did not had to put much efforts in coordinating staff that was alloted by the management. However, Our event has taken place in the community hall of your hotel which was quite spacious and well decorated with lavish furniture.

Second of all, we went through some technical issues during our program. Despite of luxurious space, the roof of the hall had minor cracks near to the stage we set up. Moreover, Electrical trouble shoot was repeatedly occcuring even after our efforts to temporary fix the problem. Since, our guest were attending for exploring of future ideas through displayed ppt, they were not able to stay longer because of the inconvience faced at the program.
