You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir,

I am writing to appreciate the services of your hotel on Silvery Jubilee of our Business while suggesting some changes in restrooms.

Last weak our company had an Silvery Jubilee event at your hotel. I would love to compliment your spacious part hall with comfortable seating arrangements. everyone in the party like the decoration and delicious food served. Particularly, the way your staff served drinks catering all age needs was awesome.

But I would suggest one lacking point you really need to improve is about restrooms. I realized that some staff members were with small babies and they were feeling uncomfortable in restrooms as there were no baby change trays. It is obvious that each time family is coming, you ought to have some babies as well and there should be at least one baby change tray for their comfort.

I am sure you would not mind my suggestion and will work on it very soon.

Looking forward to have more events at your hotel.
