You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter in order to provide you with the feedback regarding the recent event that my company held at your hotel.

Recently my company onboarded five new clients, therefore We held a small get together event at your hotel last week where we hosted different type of games and dinner in order to get to know our clients better.

Everything at the event was good, but I would like to thank you and your staff for the hospitality that they have shown at the event. Along with that many of our clients told us that the food served at the dinner was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. Even the rooms that were assigned to our clients were neat and clean.

One thing that I would like you to improve is the lighting in the auditorium and the connection cables. On the day of the event we wanted to showcase a presentation to our clients, due to some technical issue we couldn't do that.

I hope you will consider my recommendation and work on it so that next time when we conduct an event at your hotel we won't face any inconvenience .
