You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to share my feedback about your hotel which I visited recently with my colleagues.

We booked your hotel on 20th July, 2026 to celebrate our company's anniversary. The event was scheduled at 2 p.m. This event was attended by more than 150 people.

Although the event was wonderful, what I impressed me most about your hotel was the expectational hospitality, and staff was extremely attentive, kind and friendly. Additionally, background music and delicious cuisine made the event more entertaining and enjoyable for all attendees.

Despite these outstanding amenities, I would like to suggest some improvements, especially regarding parking. Since there was limited parking space, some extra space for parking should be added particularly during peak hours, which would enhance the experience of future customers. Besides that, vegetarian options in the hotel menu could not only increase the number of customers, but also add variety in food.
