You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter regarding an event that i helped my company to organise at your hotel.

The event was about poster presentations from different employees of our company showing their up-to-date work. It was held on 30th of July at the Sears Atrium hall in your hotel.

I appreciate the whole set up that was done by the very friendly staff before our arrival, and how they treated all of my coworkers with welcoming drinks and helped us keep our belongings at a safe place. I also enjoyed the good quality food that was served to us during the event.

I recommend you to please look into the power outlets at the hall where this event occurred, as i saw some lose wires hanging and i think it is extremely dangerous if in contact. Other than that, the flooring also had rough, bumpy areas where i noticed that there is a chance people can trip and hurt themselves. So, it would be great if take proper precautions for that.
