You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir,

I'm Sanjana Kapoor, Assistant Manager from Microsoft. We recently had our company's event in your hotel which was about the recruitment. I'm writing this letter to thank you on behalf of the company. We really enjoyed the event at your prestigious hotel. The company wanted a conference room for conducting the interviews with which your staff provided us the best one. As an organizer, I genuinely loved your conference room as it has a huge capacity to occupy more than 250 people.

Also, personally I liked the ambience of the hotel very much which had a different kind of aura. Our company has organized many different events at various locations but this one impressed us the best.

I would also like to suggest some improvements so that your hotel can have the best reviews for all the events a hotel can host. A major improvement I would advise is to keep serving refreshments during the course of any events which the hotel is having. I hope you will the adapt to the new suggestions which will help your hotel a lot.
