You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Hello Mr. Simon

I am glad to write a letter about your service which you provided us during the event which was held in your hotel.

Well here i would like to tell you about my event. We had a even of our very old staff who has been working with us for very long time .It was farewell party which we had organized in your hotel .We had blast of time and the good part was the staff was very helpful to every one in the hall every five minutes they were serving drinks plus starters and the best part was they were very polite to our staff. However, the food was just what we expected it hit our taste buds.

Just one thing i would like to highlight is the hall was too cold and staff was kind unhappy so try to work on that rest everything was perfect.
