You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir / Madam,

Student answer (Band 6.0)

Dear manager,

I hope this email finds you well, I am really happy to hear that our company is organizing an event at hotel, and I am glad that I will helping in organizing that event. Firstly I want to inform you about the event which will be held on a hotel and that will organized by our company, so this event is inviting several others companies where many other companies gonna participate.

I visited the venue at the hotel and I really liked the ambience and the area, it would be really appropriate for the company’s event. But there’s a small issue with the catering system as we are organizing this event by our own so we have to arrange it on our own, this is the only problem we need to fix. I have few contact for catering companies which will be helpful, I can contact them and make an arrangement for the event.
