You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Mr. Kim,

Recently organized an event in our company had a massive success as it was appreciated by everyone. The purpose of writing this letter to you is to provide detailed information regarding this program.

The function was held on 5th of August that took place at Maharaja Regency in Ludhiana, where renowned business persons came to attend this. It started with the speech from our chairman. Later, our manager shed light on our new product, which was the main highlight of the event.

There were various things that I appreciate about the hotel firstly, the decoration of the venue caught the eyes of the audience the moment they all entered the hall. Moreover, the food they served were beyond the expectations, as there were a number of dishes for the attenders.

I would be highly grateful to give suggestion on the area for improvement. The very first one is, there should be enough comfortable seating for the enjoyment of the function.
