I hope this letter will find you in good health and in high spirit. I am writing this letter in order to inform you that I recently helped my company to organize an event in your hotel.

My company was planning an event from long time I recently helped them to organize an event in your hotel. The event is about anniversary of my company`s HR. In this event there will be crowd up to 300 people. I want you to serve fully vegetarian food. I personally like party hall of your hotel sitting place and music system is very good.

But I suggest you to do some improvements in you reception area and on stage side
