You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to appreciate the opportunity that you gave me and my comany to organize a Diwali festival party in your hotel.

All the members of the company and the guest really enjoyed the party. We had so much fun by playing different types of games and one of the team from our company performed a dance on the stage.

The hall of your hotel was really spacious and it met our expectations.

From all the amazing services that were provided by your side of the hotel, I particularly liked the catering part. The food was really delicious and authentic looking. Especially, I really enjoyed the Peri Peri Paneer Frankie.

Even though the event was really succesful, I would like to suggest you a small improvement. The sitting arrangement was little congested. But, rest all the part of the event was next to perfection.

Again, I am really thankful for your help in organizing this event with me.
