You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I really appreciate for hard work and to gave me all facilities to organize a health and wellness event at your hotel.

This event was about how people can manage work and health at same time. For this event my company expected around 200 people but we assisted more than 400. With all my co-workers I am equal grateful of your hotel staff. They all did fantastic job. The particular thing that I liked was decoration, but the dishes was delicious too. You would not believe my manager appreciating those one until today.

However, there was some little areas where our company expected more better. As there was not enough seats for guests and they have to attend the whole event by standing. Fortunately, nobody complained about it.

Overall, it was great to work with you and you team workers. I hope you will cover all the area which you missed this time.
