You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Student answer (Band 6.5)

Dear Sir,

I am writing to give you my feedback about your hotel services . Firstly, I would like to give you about details of our event. It was held on 25th June 2026 and the agenda of that event was to provide awareness about factors of increasing obesity in computer users.

Furthermore, I liked your staff, they all were well manner, organized and active. Hotel was clean and ambiance was also fascinating. In addition, sound system was working well.

However, I dissatisfied with food taste and selection of menu. I suggest you to add more spices in your dishes and also add some vegetarian cuisines in your menu because your whole menu was based on non-vegetarian dishes and they were less spicy.

I would really appreciate it if you consider my suggestion and working on it as soon as possible because we want to arrange our next event in your hotel.
