You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to tell my opinion about the event recently organized in your hotel.

I recently attended event named Handloom Exibition in your hotel which was held on saturday. The event was very good it had variety of stalls . The stalls had lot of handloom items from variable parts of country. There was lot of variety in sarees, dresses and handloom home decor items.

The event was well organized and I was having one of stall in the exhibition. Hotel banquet hall was very big . The ventilation was also good. During rush hours hotel staff well managed the crowd. Food stalls were there . Hotel even had washrooms which were very clean.

All arrangement was good but the space to set up stall was very less . Only two tables were given to setup the stall .This was very difficult to arrange all the items I had to display. So next time try to give big space and more tables so that I get enough space to display my items.
