You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings of the day. I hope this letter finds you in the best of your health and spirits. I am writing to express our company's feedback for your esteemed hotel.

First of all, I sincerely thank you and your staff member on behalf of my company for a wonderful arrangement for our guests. It was an annual event that our company do every year for their employees and families to stronger the bond with each other.

The arrangement in the hotel was impressive and it was appreciated by my participants. Our colleagues was delighted by the warm-welcoming ceremony by staff members and the decor of the rooms allocated, conference area, lunch hall and play room for children.

However, there is a little feedback towards your food serve at the lunch hall. many families were unhappy because they do not liked the taste of the mixed-vegetable dish served to them as they expected. Moreover, snacks for the children was short because of that many of them were not able to enjoy the event.

I believe my feedback is valuable to you and the hotel. I hope you will take this an areas of improvement which need a necessary action to overcome from this.
