You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to provide feedback about the event held on 17th october by my company spanish imigrations internationals.

Firstly, I would like to mention that the event have many great things such as; the decoration and food. Everybody loved the environment of the place and appretiated the efforts of the hotel management.

Secondly, There were a few things that were out of order as the washrooms of the hotels were unpleasant and some of the guests complained about unclean washtrooms. Furthermore; the number of servers provided were not enough and that made the sevice very slow resulting in food getting cold which made many people upset.

I kindly request you to please take care of these issues as these are severely important for the hotel.

Please take strict actions so that nobody else has to go through what my company went through.
