I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to inform you that I recently assisted the venue team in organizing an event at the Sandman Hotel's small conference centre.

The event is organized by the CEO of our company. It is a small party arranged for 40-50 people to appreciate them for their hard work to become company successful.

The party will be held on Monday, August 17, 2026, at 9:30 p.m.

We chose this resort beacuse it has great reviews on the internet and different types of food offered by the restaurant. One thing I need to request is that you please add a special lounge area for Company VIP Guests. They helped our organization to rise in the market.
