You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well.

My name is Jason, and recently we held an event at your hotel on August 10th for the whole day. I am writing this letter to appreciate the service that was offered to us during the event.

It was our annual event where all our clients and team members get together to celebrate the success of the company. The customer service provided by your management was commendable, even the hall that we booked was upgraded to a bigger hall as a token of appreciation from your end. Additionally, the food served was hot and on time. That made the whole experience enjoyable.

However, there was one issue that we faced during the event was that the air conditioning was not working properly. When we informed the staff regarding this issue, they completely ignored our concern. Since it was really hot due to the weather, all the clients and team members left before the event could even end. Therefore, I would like you to take appropriate action regarding this issue.
