You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to you about your hotel that what I liked in your hotel along with the areas which needs to be improved. I am working at Sunshine company. We visited last week at your hotel for our birthday party celebration.

To begin with, the event was on 15th August in the banquet hall in the evening. The party was joined by 150 people to celebrate our owner's birthday.

The areas liked by my team members was service of your staff as it was frequent and they were really cooperative. On the downside, some areas still needs to be improved such as food quality. we chose your location because we were expecting of best quality food, but the food was not that much fresh. Hence, it could be improved by hiring professional chefs.

I hope to enjoy our next visit with high-quality food.
