You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing a letter to appreciate and thank you for organise a master chef event at a hotel.

Firstly, an event was amazingly organized by all the managers and team members. All the management participate and give suggestions how we can arrange an event. The idea of an event was excellent and all the chefs participate and illustrate their cooking skills by their different cuisines.

The one thing impressed me a lot about an event was decoration and theme. There was huge area and sitting arrangements for judges and guests to enjoy an event. One more thing i really liked the short play about hotel performed by the management staff.

I believe an event would get more interested if there was an music system and Refreshment arranged properly. Lastly, Thank you and all management members for an arranging such a beautiful event.
