You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to provide you feedback about the booking we had for ABC company in your hotel.

Before this booking, I researched online for numerous hotels but at the end I decided to do booking with your hotel, as I saw great reviews on your website. Actually, We had celebration of 25th anniversary of our company on August 12, 2026. There were about 150 guests at the event.

I really appreciate the hospitality of the hotel staff towards all the guests. Everybody admired all the arrangements. Also, everything was done at last minute because of late booking, still all things were perfect.

However, I would suggest a little improvement for the functions held in your hotel. And, that is the sitting arrangements, our guests struggled finding seats. It would be great for future bookings for programs if you do better arrangement for this. i would really appreciate if you would look into this matter.
