You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Student answer (Band 6.5)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to formally discuss about the event that my company organised at your hotel.

On 24th of last month, my company held fair well party of our senior manager at your hotel. Program started about 6 in the evening and was till midnight.

Event was held in hall 006 that is located on the second floor of the resort.

Customer service was the primary part that I liked most as staff members assisted throughout the function to run it in smooth way. Additionally, interior of the hotel is really eye catching, specially antique pieces that are present in main lobby of the resort.

I would appreciate if you can put some efforts on washrooms because they smell to bad and it is hard to use them. In addition, I recommend to have staff member present in the parking to assist customers as someone parked their car in our reserved spot and we waited for 20 minutes for them to remove the car.

I hope you will take this letter into consideration and will work on it, so that no one else face this issues in future.
