You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

Dear Sir,

I am writing about the event which was organized last week in a Fairmont hotel near to our company . This event was held to launch new product of our company . This event was he well organized and all attendees were in proper dress code.

Seating and stage both were in proper combination like it was clearly visible every thing on the stage from the seats. Not only this but food was also delight.

One thing I felt that need bit improvement that is sound system. Speakers voice was disconnected in between. Another thing that need maintenance is internet service. Due to poor network some slides were missed while presentation.Otherwise it's all good and unto mark.

In my perspective, there is need to change the internet connection and need to replace the mics. So, that there must not be any problem in the future for such kinds of events.

I am sure you will consider it and replace these things for upcoming events .
