You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event

– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir ,

My name is Jaskaran Singh . I am writing this letter to inform you about the some details of company's event and also like to shed some light on suggestions to improve some areas .

Firstly , our company organise one event at 6:30 pm to 9 pm on 24 August , 2026 . All employees will get invitations through their emails . Company booked a famous hotel for that function .

Furthermore , there are number of things are help to make a hotel completely suitable for this event like a big hall due to that we do not need to concern about the problem of the space . Moreover , a hotel is located on the hill of the mountains so it has a beautiful view from it's balcony . Despite having number of advantages , we should put some attention on the problem of parking because a hotel do not have their own parking space . Finally , I really appreciate you to look at my letter and hope to get a favourable and prompt revert from you soon .
