You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to provide some feedback about an event that I organized at your party hall. Last week, I organized a care conference, and approximately 50 people attended this event. The hall was quite spacious. It has a great sitting arrangements. I was impressed by the services provided by your staff. The hall was clean and decorated quite impressively. The food was excellent. Along with this, there were several restrooms, which usually not available in most of the hotels. However, there are some areas that need some attention and improvement. During the conference, there was problem with a sound system. Sometime, the audio was not clear and it makes a sharp sounds. In addition, the registration area was quite small which leads to an unwanted crowd at the entrance. Despite this, everything was really organized. I really enjoyed to have an event at your hotel.
