You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Following the success of our Diwali Celebration event in your hotel, I would like to appreciate all the help from your side of hotel.

As Diwali festival is also called the the festival of lights, the ambience around the hotel rooms and the event hall was decorated finely. One of our team did an amazing dance performance and we also arranged a story teller show about ancient history of Diwali. Overall, the celebration ended with joy.

The food catered by your hotel was very delicious. Especially, the Paneer Tikka Masala Frankie was my favourite. While eating this particular dish, I felt like was in my home town.

Although, everyone enjoyed the party, there were some issues in terms of seating arrangement. The guest were feeling congested, while seating very close to each other. So, I suggest that the improvement in the placement of chairs should be your priority. Other than this, the event was very smooth and successful.

I want to thank you again for having me and my company to organize an event at your hotel.
