You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you regarding the company event that was held at your hotel "The Orchard" on the occasion of Diwali. The hotel banquet hall was decorated with various kinds of lights, traditional diyas and lamps. The event also included awards for various employees who won games that were planned related to the theme of the festival of lights.

I really was astonished about the sense of detailing that was given in the decoration and presentation of the food section. I really appreciate the hotel staff for their excellent inputs on the decors. With that saying, I would also suggest some areas where there can be some better scope that is the food, I thought that the food was not aligned with the Diwali theme, as it included a lot western foods rather than Indian foods. I would really appreciate if you take into consideration and make sure the upcoming planned events do not have such issues. Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
