You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

Dear Sir/ Madam.

I hope you are doing well in your life. I am Ben Green, one of the volunteers' who helped you to make your last event successful at Dragon restaurant.

The event was very nice, the hotel celebrated its 20th anniversary. there are so many things in the event such as, games, music party, dance floor, food, beverages and many more. I feel like this kind of day makes my life joys.

I specially enjoyed the games part as, all different kinds of games arranged by you for different age group of people. It was really fun. Apart from that, food quality was also great, because Italian, Thai and Chinese food available for all, in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian option. It makes all individuals happy.

I only concerned about two things in event, 1st- music was so loud, because of that, we can not interact with others, as our speech were not audible others w. The secondary thing was lighting, it was not so proper, in some areas it was bright and some its dark. These are the only things needs to be improved.

I hope you like my feedback and take a follow up for the next events.
