You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event

Dear Madam,

I am John Doe, from Yuja Inc. We recently held our company retreat in your hotel. I was the main organizer and I wanted to write to you discuss the experience we had with your hotel.

We had a very pleasant time and all the employees had such good things to share about the hospitality they received. It is indeed an impressive feat to keep 200 people happy over a span of 3 days with almost no complaints. The food that was served was delicious and we would like for you to convey that to the chefs in charge as well.

I did want to mention the one place which could use some improvement is the conference room and the business centre. The equipments seem to be a little dated and it caused a little hicup for our IT department to set everything up. The wifi was also slower than what we would have liked. I do understand we are far from the mainland and it could be difficult to have service in a remote area like this.

Outside of that, we had a very pleasant stay and I will be sure to recommend your hotel to people who are looking to host similar retreats.
