You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Nazia Maini - operations in-charge at Oxford ltd., am articulating this letter to thank you and your hotel team for making our event at you hotel a wonderful experience overall.

To remind you, we had our company meeting on 29th of last month at your first floor hall and we had a gathering of around 25 people.

I appreciate hospitality and professionalism of all your staff members. Additionally, as we requested for a microphone and a speaker although almost at last moment but thankfully you managed it even at short notice.

Overall we had an amazing time there, however just one concern came upfront that the food and drinks service was bit slow, we had to wait for like 15-20 minutes to get the food refilled.

I told the front desk about this issue right after the event and we agreed on 10% reimbursement amount, but unfortunately, we have received nothing yet.
