You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir/ Madam

I want to talk about the recent event which we had in our hotel last week for which i was being responsible in managing everything.

The event of night dinner which had approximately 50 employees. it was a great fun with all together. Food, cutlary, tables and chairs are well in good way. i liked the view of the hotel that it was mind blowing moon-shine view and having inner in front of a large glass window and the interior is so attractive which made the night more worth it.

According to me, The interior lighting are so strong that they were reflecting a lot mainly the yellow light was reflecting so uneven with the white shinny lights. We should replace the small yellow lamps with the white light which will make it hall ore brighter and shiner. I would like to thank the staff for this dinner
