You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to let you know about the details of the event which was held in order for celebration and memorable one.

At the onset, I liked the decoration and the organization of the event. Everything was so beautifully crafted and designed, but the most important thing is the food. It was so delightful and savory in taste.

Further, along with the meal, staff also served various drinks which we have not witnessed anywhere in the other restaurants. So everything was so tasty.

In contrast, one suggestion I need to make for further improvement is the limited space in the hotel as many people were arriving to enjoy this period but due to shortage, they have to return.

I hope you will look into this matter carefully and extend the space.
