You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I writing to provide a feedback about our AK company's suceess party event at your Taj hotel last week.

To begin with, the event was organized on 15th September last week. It was a success party dinner of our company and around 500 employees from different branchs came to celebrate our achievement.

I would like to mentioned one best thing about your hotel is the specious party hall. While booking this hotel, I was afraid about the party hall size, because, I felt it's going to be crowded with 500 people; to my surprise it was big enough and we easily managed everything with extra facilities of DJ in the same hall.

Unfortunately, I would like to mention one area that needs improvement is your parking lot. Two narrow exit lanes caused traffic and it took our 2 hour to get it out from parking lot. I would sincerely request to do something about it as it is crucial aspect for big events like this.
