They way you welcome our team was excellent with proper direction and comfortable seating area. Also, we enjoy the food including main course and dessert and they way of presenting.
One thing which I want to suggest that the sound system was not clear which give difficulty to share our project and missed some information to delivered to the employees.
Overall, it was a great experience and would consider using your hotel again in the future.
Thank you for your excellent hospitality.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The letter covers all three bullet points: providing event details, mentioning positive aspects, and suggesting improvements. However, the response is slightly under the 150-word minimum requirement, which impacts the overall development of ideas. While the purpose of the letter is clear, the brevity prevents a more thorough elaboration on the event details or the specific nature of the improvements suggested. To reach a higher band, ensure that each point is expanded with more descriptive detail to comfortably meet the length requirement.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. There is a clear progression from the introduction to the positive feedback, the suggestion for improvement, and the closing. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat repetitive (e.g., 'Also' is used twice to start sentences). The flow between sentences could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words and transition phrases to create a more natural, sophisticated connection between ideas.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing the message to be conveyed clearly. You use some appropriate terms like 'hospitality', 'professional', and 'attentive'. However, there are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice errors, such as 'the way of presenting' instead of 'the presentation' and 'give difficulty to share' instead of 'made it difficult to share'. Expanding your range of collocations and ensuring more precise word choices would significantly improve your score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
There are several grammatical errors throughout the text that occasionally impede the flow. Examples include 'was attend by' (should be 'was attended by'), 'They way you welcome' (should be 'The way you welcomed'), and 'missed some information to delivered' (should be 'missed some information that needed to be delivered'). While you attempt some complex structures, they are often marred by errors in verb tense and passive voice construction. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and consistent tense usage will help improve your accuracy.
