It was great experience. Our all team really like the ambious attmoshare, lighting, as well delicious cusine. As the party hall was well occupied with friendly staff, who served on timely manner with all services, which gave warm welcome to our team. Specially, the music system was outstanding which was star of show. DJ allow everyone enjoy non-stop.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 7.0

The letter successfully addresses all three bullet points: providing event details, expressing appreciation for specific hotel features, and suggesting improvements regarding parking. The tone is appropriate for a formal letter to a manager. The ideas are relevant and clearly presented, though the development of the 'improvement' section is slightly brief. The purpose of the letter is clear from the outset, and the reader is left in no doubt about the writer's intentions. To reach a higher band, ensure that the details provided are slightly more descriptive to fully flesh out the narrative.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The letter is logically organized into distinct paragraphs, each serving a clear purpose. The progression of ideas is easy to follow, moving from the introduction to the positive feedback, then to the complaint, and finally to the conclusion. While the use of cohesive devices is generally effective, some transitions are slightly mechanical or missing (e.g., 'Despite of all pleasent experience'). Improving the variety of linking words would enhance the flow. Overall, the paragraphing is appropriate and contributes to the clarity of the message.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing the writer to convey their message clearly. There are some spelling errors (e.g., 'ambious', 'attmoshare', 'cusine', 'pleasent', 'unavailiability') and minor word choice issues (e.g., 'star of show' instead of 'the star of the show'). While the range is sufficient to express the necessary points, the errors in spelling and collocation are noticeable. To improve, focus on proofreading for common spelling mistakes and expanding the use of more precise collocations to describe professional experiences.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The letter contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors, such as missing articles ('I am Priyanka manager'), incorrect prepositions ('appreciation about are recent visit'), and subject-verb agreement issues ('Our all team really like'). While these errors do not impede communication, they are frequent enough to prevent a higher score. The writer should focus on basic sentence construction, specifically article usage and verb tense consistency, to ensure the majority of sentences are error-free.
