our company organized a success party of Bussiness running from last 8 years , and with my assistance it was took place in your hotel .Moreover, it was held in the big hall in backyard of the location in open area.
I am so pleased to inform you i got a lot of appreciation because of your arrangements. though it was party in open area but all lightings and air conditioning alongwith serving everything was perfect and recommandable.
But i see some common mistakes that could be improved such as garbage dustbins could be intstalled more so that littler prob can improve for next time.Aparts this , more sitting arrangements should be managed as office party could have more people in one time.
Thank you for your time and understanding.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The letter covers all three bullet points: providing details about the event, mentioning positive aspects of the hotel, and suggesting improvements. The tone is generally appropriate for a formal letter, although the opening 'Hi sir or Madam' is slightly informal. The ideas are relevant, but the development is somewhat basic. For instance, the description of the event and the suggestions for improvement could be expanded with more specific detail to fully satisfy the requirements of a higher band. However, the purpose of the letter is clear throughout, and the reader is left in no doubt about the writer's intent.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The letter is organized into logical paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the progression of ideas. There is an attempt to use cohesive devices such as 'Moreover', 'though', and 'Aparts this' (which should be 'Apart from this'). However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly inaccurate. The referencing is generally clear, but the flow between sentences could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that the transition between the positive feedback and the suggestions for improvement is smoother.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is adequate for the task but lacks variety and precision. There are several instances of awkward phrasing or incorrect word choices, such as 'success party of Bussiness running from last 8 years' and 'littler prob'. Spelling errors like 'intstalled' and 'recommandable' also occur. While the meaning is generally conveyed, the range of vocabulary is limited, and the student relies on basic descriptors. To improve, the student should focus on learning more precise collocations and ensuring correct spelling of common business-related terms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The writing contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation that occasionally hinder the flow. Examples include 'it was took place', 'i got a lot of appreciation', and 'office party could have more people in one time'. Capitalization is inconsistent, particularly with the personal pronoun 'i'. While the errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to prevent the response from reaching a higher band. More attention to subject-verb agreement and basic sentence construction is needed.
