You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter in order to convey my regards for the annual meeting which was hosted on Aug 22nd 2026, where our CEOs and the executives have came with their regional department's employees.

The hotel staff has done great job at the event from decoration to the dinner, everything was so perfect and aligned as per our schedule which was fantastic and has created a well framed image in our guest list of itinerary for the meetings.

Few things which can be offered more flexibly, which are variety of food as you have limited options on the menu and the space so that it can accommodate more number of people.

I am very thankful for the management and looking forward to hear from you soon about any upcoming promotions which will be helpful and support through which we can collaborate.
