You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to the company manager about your views for organize a event at a hotel.

I want to say that I organised a event in your hotel that done really well. I did all the preprations a week ago the event and I connect with the staff of the hotel that were really impressive and helpful to me. They help me to finalize all the items that I need for event like buckets flowers welcome gift and refreshments too.

Adding to that, at event everthing was fully sattled. we already set the table and individually mention the name of every single person who were invited there.

In conclusion, I just want to add a little note that the area is little conjusted so I want you to have a big hall foe this kind of event for bunch of more people.
