You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir / Madam,

Student answer (Band 6.0)

Dear Sir,

I am writing to give you a feedback about your hotel which we booked to organize our 2025 Annual meet at your Lemon Tree hotel on January 31st, 2026.

Firstly, the hospitality was liked by everyone, all the staff members are very polite and professional which significantly helped everyone in finding the conference room.

Moreover, the sitting arrangement was done i such a way that it is not blocking the main stage.

However, I would like to suggest few areas for improvement for future events. The sound from the speaker is not clear which makes hard for people to understand. Additionally, installing warm lights instead of white lights would bring more aesthetics to the event.

I would appreciate it if you take a look into this and consider these as a positive feedback.
