You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Student answer (Band 6.5)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to thank you for allowing us to host our New Year's party at your hotel. It was really a great experience and we have got a lot of positive feedbacks from our employees too.

We had barbeques and drinks at the place, followed by cultural dance where everyone performed their local folk dances. Also, at midnight, we did cake cutting and praying for everyone to have a good year ahead.

There's some things which I would like to mention which my employees liked the most. Firstly, the atmosphere was really relaxed and cozy and the pool enhanced the vibe. Additionally, the open balcony was a great place to have a chat and admire the sunset.

However, there are somethings which I would like to point out. Firstly, the restroom was not properly maintained as some individuals complaint about the cleanliness. On top of that, the sitting area can be a little more spacious as it felt really compressed for the event. Other than that, everything was fabulous.
