Subject: Giving feedback about my experience.

I am writing letter inordey give feedback about my company experience in your hotel.

We had recent annual get gathering of our company in your hotel. Back a week ago. Overall the experience was good on your end. The food served was of great taste. Over all the casine was well established.

It was pleasure for overall review but minding few improvements. Particularly the valley parking service was a big blunder, while starting they doing their job but after end of eveing evening / event, the staff was missing to deliver back the car at point of entry. I would like you take the necessary steps related to participating authority to improve or resolve this service.

Thanking for your anticipating, taking the necessary step to resolve. Overall our event was good and people loved especially the food served.
