You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to thank you and your staff for helping us organise our company event at your hotel recently. The event was held last Saturday to celebrate the successful completion of our annual project, and around 60 employees attended.

Overall, we were very pleased with the arrangements. I particularly liked the hotel's spacious and attractive function room, which was perfect for our presentation and dinner. The food was fresh and delicious, and there were plenty of vegetarian options for our guests. I was also impressed by the friendly and professional staff. They responded quickly to our requests and made sure that everything went smoothly.

However, I would like to suggest a few areas for improvement. Firstly, the sound system was not very clear during the presentations, so it was difficult for some guests to hear the speakers. Secondly, the service during dinner was slightly slow, and some guests had to wait for their meals.

Despite these minor issues, we had a wonderful experience at your hotel. I hope you will consider these suggestions for future events.
