Dear Sir/Madam,

My Name is Shabnam, dweller of Barnala employee of AFX company. I am penning down this epistle to inform you that our company has recently booked your hotel for an symposium and we are glad that we choose your hotel out of the whole city. The event was held on last Saturday in Main hall. We are thankful to the staff for organizing everything according to the needs of our company.

There are many things we liked about the hotel but the most beautiful experience was the food. Everyone in the company is praising the food. The food was not only delicious but also, the quality was non-negotiable.

Apart from this, there is one thing about the hotel that needs immediate attention, the washrooms were not clean at all. I would like to suggest you to hire good cleaning staff to avoid this issue and regular cleaning checkups should be conducted to avoid this issue.
