Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to book an auspicious hall at your Hotel Brantford for my company's annual event.

The event will take place on January 12, 2027. The event starts around 9 am in the morning by welcoming the guests. Then nearly at 10 am, some cultural dance will be performed by our employees. At 12 pm, everyone will enjoy delicious lunch. Later after 1 pm, our Vice President will give speech on our company's last year achievements. At the end, group photo session and networking.

I personally liked your stage at the corner of hall which steals an attention of people. Moreover, your sound system at hall is clearly audible without echoing. Also, the beautiful lightening on the stage is amazing.

The only suggestion is, sometimes the behavior of your staff sometimes seems unprofessional to our guests and employees. Kindly to train them well before the event.

Please let me know the availability of hall on the same date. I am ready to sent you $2000 in advance.
