You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

Dear sir,

i hope this letter finds you well. i am thrilled to write to you on my interest to host our annual company get together in your hotel. its a great privilege to us as a company.

our annual program is huge gathering where all our company branch executives meet to have an exclusive chat regarding the progress of profound firm. during this event awards will be given to few of our exclusive executives and three of our best costumer of the year will as well receive costumer of the year award.

Your hotel in particular provide best and relaxing event hall with good air conditioning for guest, the spacious hall is one of our main reason for pick it as our best choice to accommodate all our guest.

though your facility is very condusive the rooms are out of style because of the old furnitures and bed, most importantly there should be an improvement in you network WIFI, THIS BECAUSE HE LAST EVENT WE HELD THER WAS
