You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event

Dear Sir,

I am Dhvani Tailor, writing this letter to formally lodge a feedback regarding our recent event held at the Grand Hotel.

To begin with, We organized an business event at this hotel and overall it was a very satisfied experience. The event was for all the staff members of the company regarding presentation of different products marketing strategies. It went really well according to our representatives.

additionally, I would like to appreciate for all the kind of services that the hotel staff members had offered us such as, catering, housekeeping, and on stage services. Particularly, I enjoyed food a lot. Other guests were also delighted with food dishes which were served to them.

At last, only one thing about which I was not satisfied; Air-conditioning system. It was quite hot during most of the time at the event and it could be improved. I have full faith in hotel management that this issue will be solved for all the clients that hotel caters.

It was a great successful event overall and we definitely recommend this place for future events.
