You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear Sir / Madam,

i hope so this letter will find you in ur good health.

Our organisation want to oraganise an event at your hotel. Many of our company emplyees suggested different cafes and restaurants but me and our boss choose ur hotel because of their grand hall that u recently renovated. The hall is very big and it's dttractive because of its unique colours and antique paintings. Athough some more changings such as relocate of pillors from the center to the corner can also make that hall more attractive. But the best thing of your hotel is the food that you served your clients such as coffee is so fantastic and the biryani and qorma makes ur hotel memorable. A-lot of company employees and foriegn guests invited their for attend that ceremony which is all about our employees promotions and lunching new product of our organisation.
