You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

Dear sir,

I writing this letter to giving my feedback on the employee appreciation program organized by tech company last week from 12:00 pm to 8:pm.

I recommend them this hotel as I already have great experience. The thing that I really like is the decoration of hallway it was really looks like a big occasion. Everyone praise it apart from this the dining and sitting facility were excellent.

However, we have issues that create a difficulty for us that are mic quality is not good as we call the name of the employee for getting trophy it is not clear and sometime make weird noise. Apart from this , the washroom is not clean enough. I hope in future, we will not have the same problem and you will make improvements in your services.
