You recently helped your company organise an event at a hotel. Write a letter to the hotel manager. In your letter:

– Provide details about the event
– Mention what you particularly liked about the hotel
– Suggest areas for improvement.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir / Madam,

Student answer (Band 6.5)

Dear Sir,

I am writing to give a review of the event that was held by my company .

I am Kiran Kaur, manager of the fruit company.We organised the Christmas party in your hotel. It was outstanding. All our employees appreciate your organisation. We booked for up to 20 persons and the arrangements were very good.

Moreover, the food which served was delicious. The music system was amazing. We danced a lot. Also, the place was clean ,environment was very calm. The staff's behaviour was very polite. And the tables and chairs were properly cleaned.The place where the hotel is located , is very attractive and refreshing. Their are a lot of trees and you also have a small garden with a variety of flowers, which was the best place for taking photos.

However, there are some things that I want to tell you. firstly, there was not enough space for parking. Because we had to struggle with this on the day of the event. So, I would appriciate you , you would solve this problem . And the other things were amazing. Thank you for providing excellent services.
